		<description>This recipe was great inspiration for my today&#039;s lunch. I customized it a little (rice instead of bulgur, button mushrooms instead of shitake) but followed the amounts, technique and so on. It was the most exciting peas meal I have ever had, thanks a lot for the recipe!
