Greg: Awesome. I enjoyed the leftovers myself. Not many things taste better the following day.

Slow cooked a double batch using the retained heat in our wood fired oven after a night of pizza. It was fantastic. only to be outdone by the leftovers the next day.

Daniel, I've made this a few times now. It would definitely work in a crock put. You could throw everything in together once you've seared the lamb

I'd like to make this for a friend whom I'm having to dinner this week but won't have the time to cook it all after work unless we want to eat at 9. Anybody think this would work if I used a crockpot and cooked it most of the day? Should I put all of the ingredients in at once or just cook the lamb down and add the sauce before eating? Thanks!

Liberal Foodie: Awesome. It's funny when I was a kid my mother made a lot of stews and I haaaated them. Don't know if its an undeveloped palate thing, but I now prefer this type of cooking to almost any other. Let me know how it turns out!

I am so glad I found this just in time! I've been looking for a recipe to use up my senagelese, dried lamb, for a stew and this is perfect! I have an eggplant that can be added to the recipe to make it tasty. Thank you!

This looks so delicious! I love lamb and order it out often, but have never cooked it at home.

Great combination of flavors!
