We are planning on making pizza on Friday, however the house I am staying at doesn't have an oven. can you make pizza the same way that you make chapatis?
Thanks!

All: Thank you! It was colorful, satisfying, and I didn't feel in need of a meat.

Nathaniel: Thanks for picking up the question.

@Caitlin

Approximately 7-8g will constitute what a "packet". If you don't have a food scale available, about 2 1/2 teaspoons should be about right. I tend to measure a bit more liberally when going by volume as a little extra yeast tends to do far less than not having enough.

Looks delicious!

Can you answer a question for me though...? When you say "One package of active dry yeast", hot much do you mean? I live somewhere where yeast comes only in 250g bags...so I'm guessing that's not what you mean by a 'package'. I've made doughs with roughly 5 c of flour and added about 2 tsp of yeast to warm milk/water.

Thanks!
