i was at posh restaurants yesterday and i had this salad. but, couldn't figure out what it was. once i put in the ingredients into the search engine, this website came. just finished preparing it, it was wonderful. you guys did a great job. i couldn't stop myself from eating this salad. i used extra extra virgin oil to roast the walnuts and all spice, the product was very aromatic. I am already preparing a menu for the upcoming week, with some of the interesting recipes you guys have posted. keep up the good work. :)
